Returns Policy
Promeed is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No question asked! No restocking fees!
Easy Steps:
- Email service@promeed.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.
- If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label in the reply in 1-3 business days.
- In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
- After receiving the shipping label, please go to the nearby post office and send the package to the return address.
- You will receive the refund within 1-3 working days after receiving the package and confirming that the product is complete.

- Our policy lasts 60 days since your purchase; you can make
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Don't hesitate to contact service@promeed.com to get the return label to ship back.
- When you ask for return service, please put the order number in your message to quickly point out the correct information.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@promeed.com
Return Shipping Charges
- We will undertake the return shipping cost for the returns due to a manufactures defect or a Promeed fulfillment error only (wrong items).
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may be cost serval days to let your money back to your account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
