Your package tracking number will automatically be sent to your email box after your order is shipped out. 

The email box address is the same as you left when you checked out. 

Please check your Trash and put promeed.com on your mailbox's White List to ensure the email correctly arrives in your inbox. 

  • What should I do if I haven't gotten the correct tracking information in the email or haven't gotten the email? 

Please contact our service manager via service@promeed.com. We will help you track the order status and feedback in 1 business day. 

  • How long will the shipping take? 

Basically, it will take 2 to 4 days to choose the Expedited Shipping Service. 10 to 15 days to select the Standard Shipping Service. 

  • What should I do if my package has not arrived in the deal duration?
